What I Use For Filming Youtube Videos

Hi Loves!

So I put up a video on how to start, grow, and maintain a channel.  I did mention a little bit on what I use to film but I wanted to go a little more in depth on the other end of filming, the camera, the editing and so forth. When I first started youtube I actually went to Aaron's a rental center and started making payments on a HD video camera.  About a half year into Youtube I decided I wanted better quality so I got this....

A Canon Rebel T3i which is an amazing camera.  I also made payments on this camera as well through QVC and its a bundle that you can find HERE

In the beginning I used this lighting which works well on a low budget.

I got this HERE and I got the daylight light bulbs.

However the lighting I use now is the diva ring light

As for editing I mostly use iMovie and sometimes Final Cut Pro. I hope that this blog along with the video helps anyone that has been wondering how to start a channel, or grow your channel, or sticking with your channel.

UPDATED Living Room Tour!!!

Hi Loves!

So I recently just filmed a updated living room tour! As you can see I have changed a lot. Starting with my new and improved couch! I love this couch sooooo much! It was a early graduation gift from my mom (thank you so much mom!!!) Anyways after getting it I wanted to changed up my living just a little.  I feel like before my living room was so boring and now there is so much LIFE to it lol.  If you watch the video you will see what inspired me to do this color scheme which I am in love with.  These were just dollar frames that I got from Dollar Tree and my friend Raquel suggested that I spray paint them silver so I did and they turned out great. LOL do you know how expensive picture frames can be!

Motives-Get It or Forget it?

Hi Loves!

So my friend actually won the motives cosmetics massive giveaway that they had a couple months ago and she let me buy a few things from her so this is what I choose. So I got to see almost their entire line and got to go through it with her and I only picked out a couple of things.  I think they have really pretty lipglosses and eyeshadows. The only down fall is that I think that they are a little bit expensive for the average person.  I ended up getting 3 lip glosses the glitter adhesive and one glitter.

 This is my all time favorite I seen this and fell in love! Its just so pretty! This is a lip shine mineral base in glam. 

 This lip shine is a glitterly clear color in passion. My camera does not do it justice but it is a really pretty. 

 I am going to be loving this color for spring its such a pretty coral color.  This one is trend setter. 

 O-mmmmm-geee this is the pretties glitter that I have ever seen! This is diamond I hope that you guys can see that the glitter has a little bit of color in it I just think that it is so pretty!

 lol don't mind the red on the left I was doing another swatch but from the left is glam, passion, and trend setter.

MAC Haul- Get It of Forget It

So recently I posted a video of a mac haul so I wanted to just a do a more detailed blog with up close photos, so I hope you enjoy! 

Also I am gonna do a new series on my YT channel and I think I want to go with get it of forget it, what do you think?

Mac Viva Glam Rihanna frost lipstick in AB3, I haven't tried it on my lips yet, but I think its pretty it is a frost and it has like a gold shimmer to it which makes it a little so so. But I cant say if you should get it or forget it.

 Ok so first let me start off by saying I loved this color before I even bought it so definitely go get it! (Mac Coppering)

 I am loving this to so its a must buy I use this for my contour so its been working great. ( Mac Blunt) 

 Love this to and is a must buy as well its Mac Plum Foolery.

 And again another must buy. I love this concealer! It's amazing the best that I have yet to try because it really covers up the scars on my face vs. other concealers. (Mac concealer NW30)

 A-M-AZING too lol I know I love everything but its honestly the truth! This is the Mac mineralize skinfinish natural in medium plus. 

Here is a swatch of everything from left to right the mineralize skinfinish, next is the concealer, coppering, plum foolery, and blunt.

There is one that I accidentally left out which is the Mac Prolong Wear concealer that I got for under the eyes which is probably the best purchase that I bought and I love it so much. It is great for underneath the eyes. 

BH Cosmetics Haul+Review

Hi Loves!

So here is some of the items that I got at IMATS and I will be putting up a haul I need to find my SD card :(. Here are some swatches from the BH cosmetics line that I got.  

 All of the pallets come with 16 eyeshadows and 4 blushes! Thats amazing! And not only that at Imats these were only $5 you can't beat that! Can you? So this one pictured below and about is the BH hollywood and just from the name "hollywood" you should know that these are going to be glam eyeshadows. On the left is more of your neutral color and on the right more bright colors.  The eyeshadow is fairly pigmented especially if you apply more coats. Also I will be doing a makeup tutorial for each of these pallets on my channel so stay tuned :)

 BH San Francisco, this is by far the best palette out of the ones that I received.  I love how this one has more neutral colors.

 BH Cosmetics Rose Blush Duo. This duo is so pretty I am going to love wearing this in the summer!

 The blush is so pigmented!

 BH Cosmetics Daisy blush duo. I like this duo because you can use the right side as blush and the left side as a highlight. 

 I also got these great brushes too. The one the bottom is a small angled brush that I use for my contour, the second brush is a small foundation brush that I use for under eyes and the last one on top is a big blending brush.  These brushes are great and they are so soft and they were only $3!

 I was pretty excited about getting this glitter from there collection. It is a very pretty white; however, the lighting is not doing it justice. 

 I picked up a few of their concealer and corrector one in medium and one in dark. 

 Last palette I got is the BH malibu.
